Melissa Chapman is an experienced antiques and Persian carpet dealer whose lifelong passion began in her family’s Persian carpet stores. At just 19, she opened her first shop on Harrington Road in London, specializing in fine Persian carpets alongside a carefully curated selection of antiques.

As Melissa’s discerning eye and love for timeless design grew, so did her business. She began importing full containers of antique and fine European furniture, establishing herself as a distinguished antiques dealer with an exceptional collection of Persian rugs.

Over the years, Melissa has opened several successful locations in London and San Diego, building a loyal and prestigious clientele that includes celebrities, politicians and even royalty.

Today, she runs The Chapman Collection from her elegant showroom in Rancho Santa Fe, California, offering exceptional pieces selected for their history, craftsmanship and beauty, all at remarkable value.
